Ryan LLC is seeking a senior analytics leader to oversee a reporting and analytics team, delivering actionable insights for senior leadership. You will partner with regional leaders to understand needs and translate complex data into clear visuals using Power BI.

You will mentor staff, manage workloads, and drive process improvements across data workflows, warehousing, and reporting infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, data management, or related data‑driven roles.
• Experience supervising or mentoring analytical staff.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive team member experience and supervise, mentor, and develop reporting and analytics staff.
• Partner with senior leadership and practice leads to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Serve as SME and primary contact for Power BI and related user facing reporting technologies.
• Prepare and present reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership and Board meetings.
• Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
