Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights. You will support senior management with detailed analyses, robust reporting, and strategic initiatives across global operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the use of BI tools to enable data‑driven decisions. A CPA and prior international services experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a four‑year college or university.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to perform complex analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinker with hands‑on leadership approach.
• Experience in an international professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A forecasting, budgeting, and variance analyses.
• Prepare and present financial packages for senior management and the Board.
• Develop monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards.
• Oversee consolidation, modeling for annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Improve processes, ROI assessments, and BI insights across divisions.
• Mentor/ supervise FP&A team members as needed.
