The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 5–7 years of experience, leadership capability, and strong Excel/PowerPoint and accounting software skills. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• 5-7 years related experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Able to perform complex analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an international professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial packages and presentations for senior management and board.
• Develop monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards with BI tools.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures to support decisions.
• Collaborate with region leaders on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain governance of FP&A processes and data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and ROI evaluation for new acquisitions.
• Supervise Financial Analysts as needed.
