Job summary

Ryan, LLC is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in Chicago to lead forecasts, the annual budget, variance analysis, and special projects. You will support the Director of FP&A and provide senior management with financial insights, packages, and presentations that drive strategic decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5–7 years related experience, proven leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive analyses and decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analysis for the enterprise.
• Prepare financial packages and presentations for senior management and board reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive ROI analyses for acquisitions, expansions, and new initiatives.
• Mentor junior FP&A staff and ensure data integrity across reports.
