Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) is seeking a strategic manager to oversee financial reporting controls and help drive transformation within Prudential's risk and control landscape. You will ensure robust SOX and MAR control design and operation across PGIM, partnering with Internal Audit and external auditors to deliver excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong writing and influencing skills, and the ability to lead changes in a complex global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating risks and controls (design & operating).
• Knowledge of SOX and MAR requirements & close processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact to support PGIM’s SOX and MAR controls across the organization.
• Assist in identifying, designing, and testing controls for new initiatives and transformations.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Operational Risk & Compliance, and PwC for alignment and execution.
