Job summary

Prudential is seeking a strategic Manager, FAC Risk and Control (FRC) in Finance to lead oversight of SOX and MAR controls across PGIM. You will design, test, and enhance internal controls and partner with Internal Audit, PGIM risk/compliance, and PwC to ensure strong regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, writing skills, and CPA designation is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site per week at Prudential's Newark NJ location.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating risks and controls (design and operating effectiveness).
• Knowledge of SOX and MAR requirements.
• Becoming resident expert in internal controls over financial reporting.
• Knowledge of PGIM businesses and operations.
• Clear and effective writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Main contact to support PGIM's extensive number of SOX and MAR controls.
• Assist in identifying, design and testing of key controls for initiatives.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, PGIM risk/compliance, and PwC.
• Serve as a trusted advisor across the enterprise.
