Job summary

Gardner-Webb University is seeking an Associate Director of Financial Planning Operations to oversee the administration of the financial aid data lifecycle and Banner-based workflows.

You will collaborate with the Director to optimize daily office processes, ensure accurate awarding and disbursement, and lead staff in delivering timely, compliant financial aid services across the university.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Title IV regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Experience with Banner or similar student software and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily data exchange with federal gateways and entities.
• Load, process ISIRs and corrections to determine eligibility and awards.
• Generate data analysis reports for awards, over awards, and other metrics.
• Coordinate, plan, and lead all functions related to the financial aid module of Banner.
