Job summary
Ccbcmd is seeking a senior leader to provide technical oversight and support to the Financial Aid office, focusing on the Banner system and related tools. You will configure, operate, and maintain the technology platforms that capture, store, and process financial aid data.
The role requires a bachelor's with 7 years (or a master's with 5) in financial aid or related IT, plus 3 years of supervisory experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years in Financial Aid or a Master's with 5 years in similar roles.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Director of Financial Aid to manage day-to-day operations.
- Provide leadership and supervision of assigned college division or function.
- Develop and implement goals and objectives in coordination with senior leadership.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects, programs, and/or initiatives.
- Supervise, advise, and evaluate assigned staff.
- Prepare, analyze, and provide reports as requested.
- Serve as a liaison between college departments, vendors, government agencies, and external organizations.
- Manage operating budget for assigned division or function.
