Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and three years supervisory/management experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
- Five years of management experience in financial aid or state aid office.
- Experience with Banner or similar student information systems.
- Experience with reporting tools or basic SQL.
- Support data integrity and reporting needs related to financial aid processing.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of financial aid systems, including Banner and CampusLogic, with IT collaboration.
- Assist configuration and maintenance of financial aid processes, packaging rules and fund setup.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual processing.
- Supervise and guide a Senior Financial Aid Counselor and a Business Systems Analyst.
- Liaise between Student Financial Services and IT or external vendors.
- Support data integrity and reporting for financial aid processing.
