Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Operate team seeks a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery to lead complex Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services for Financial Services clients. You will guide strategy, mobilization, and delivery excellence while advising senior stakeholders and driving multi-workstream engagements.

Travel up to 50% is expected; strong accounting, commercial acumen, and executive presence are essential for shaping scalable operating models and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 12+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or Record-to-Report.
• 8+ years in managed services, shared services, or finance operations.
• 8+ years in Financial Services industry or serving Financial Services clients.
• Master's degree preferred and CPA license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of complex managed services for Controllership/Record-to-Report in Financial Services.
• Drive high-priority business development activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Advise clients and Deloitte leadership on scalable operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee pipeline, pursuit prioritization, governance, and handoffs to mobilization and delivery teams.
• Manage engagement mobilization, governance, service management, and issue resolution.
• Partner with account leaders to grow Finance Operate services and client relationships.
• Drive standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
• Develop repeatable assets, methodologies, and delivery approaches.
• Lead and coach teams; support talent development and performance management.
• Contribute to practice growth via thought leadership and market development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
