TBC Corporation, a leading distributor in North America, seeks a Senior Manager, Final Mile Delivery to drive national final mile strategy across 103 distribution centers and a fleet of ~850 vehicles. You will lead routing, dispatch, and delivery performance, partnering with DC Operations to align transportation with warehouse workflows and customer commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in logistics or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive transportation and fleet management experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading large-scale final mile delivery operations within a private fleet environment.
• Experience managing diverse fleets including vans, box trucks, straight trucks, tractor-trailers, and courier networks.
• Proven success implementing routing technology and route optimization solutions.
• Strong background in transportation analytics, productivity management, and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the national final mile delivery strategy across 103 distribution centers across the United States.
• Ensure consistent routing, dispatch, and delivery standards at all locations.
• Partner with DC Operations to align transportation with warehouse activities and service commitments.
• Develop and implement best practices to drive consistency and efficiency in the network.
• Establish governance for compliance with transportation policies and procedures.
• Oversee fleet utilization and productivity improvements for ~850 vehicles; optimize route density and asset utilization.
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of routing technologies and optimization strategies.
• Create data-driven performance culture with executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Drive cost reduction while maintaining or improving service levels in final mile delivery.
• Support cross-functional teams and leadership with transportation budgeting and productivity initiatives.
