TBC Corporation, a leading tire distribution and automotive services company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Carrier Performance to lead nationwide carrier performance programs across all transportation modes. You will own performance standards, scorecards, and corrective actions to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive transportation, logistics, carrier management, or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years managing carrier performance programs, transportation analytics, or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead carrier performance management programs across TL, LTL, parcel, courier, and fleet operations.
• Develop and maintain carrier scorecards with KPIs and expectations.
• Monitor carrier compliance with service levels and contracts; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive corrective actions and recovery initiatives for underperforming providers.
• Collaborate on carrier selection, network optimization, and annual business reviews.
