Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of BA/delivery/IT experience.
- Hands-on field sales platform experience (Veeva CRM, territory alignment, call planning, sample management, incentive compensation).
- Proven Scrum Master or agile delivery leadership.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and hiring input responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Own requirements strategy for field sales platforms; ensure BRDs, specs, process maps are sprint-ready.
- Oversee Scrum ceremonies and Jira delivery tracking; ensure backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
- Define and drive field sales platform roadmap with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Represent BI&T to senior stakeholders; provide regular delivery updates to PMO and sales leadership.
- Facilitate retrospectives and improve BA practices and delivery governance.
- Own reporting on requirements delivery, data quality, and platform adoption; escalate risks.
