Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager to lead and support delivery for field sales force platform programs, including Veeva CRM and territory management. You will partner with sales operations and field leadership to shape the roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

The role requires strong program leadership, hands‑on experience with field sales tech, and solid knowledge of pharma processes. Jira backlog/delivery tracking is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery for the field sales force platform portfolio (e.g., Veeva CRM, orchestration, territory management, call planning, incentive compensation systems).
• Own delivery leadership for one or more Sales Systems programs across BA, Scrum, development, and vendor teams.
• Partner with sales operations and field leadership to shape platform roadmap and remove cross-team obstacles.
