Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Head of Commercialization Data & AI Delivery to lead a major platform migration and build a strong internal delivery capability. You will manage a US and India-based engineering organization, drive standards, and partner with executive stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access.

The role offers leadership of Platform Engineering and AI/ML & Analytics, with a focus on delivering credible, high-impact data products while expanding the internal

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or technology delivery with 10+ years in people leadership.
• Experience leading a data organization through a platform transition.
• Experience managing external delivery partners and multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms (Databricks/Snowflake) and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Set operating model and standards for Commercialization Data & AI delivery.
• Lead internal delivery transformation and reduce external dependency.
• Build senior technical leadership for Platform Engineering and AI/ML & Analytics.
• Lead a US and India-based engineering organization and align with enterprise governance.
• Engage with executive stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access.
