Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of relevant business analysis, delivery, or IT experience.
• Specialized, hands-on experience with field sales force platforms — Veeva CRM, territory alignment, call planning, sample management, or incentive compensation systems — required.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead, with ability to scale agile practices.
• Demonstrated people-leadership skills: goal-setting, coaching, performance management.
• Strong requirements-elicitation and documentation background (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
• Excellent executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee requirements strategy for field sales force platforms and validate BRDs, specs, and user stories.
• Manage Agile delivery ceremonies and Jira backlog across delivery teams; ensure sprint readiness.
• Guide current and future state process analyses for field sales workflows; identify gaps and opportunities.
• Maintain governance and standard operating practices for backlog grooming and sprint readiness.
• Represent BI&T in senior stakeholder discussions; align sales ops, data teams, and delivery.
