Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Engineering to lead a broad team of technical customer advisors and shape the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for a significant Field Engineering portfolio. You will scale impact beyond your immediate team through other leaders, cross-functional initiatives, reusable practices, and strong customer and partner relationships.

This role may oversee one or two managers and support major segments or multi-country portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical customer-facing teams and multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Able to design and implement scalable operating models and playbooks.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with data/AI platforms and cloud architectures.
