Texans Together in Texas is seeking a Sr. Manager, Family Support to provide strategic leadership and oversight for FGDM, Kinship, and Local Permanency Services, with a strong focus on safety, belonging, stability, and permanency for children and families.

You will lead program supervisors, manage operational plans, ensure timely services, and foster a hopeful, strengths-based, family-centered approach across the SSCC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the child welfare field including FGDM, Kinship, LPS, Foster Care, Conservatorship, or Family‑Based Services.
• At least three (3) years’ supervisory or management experience overseeing staff.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership, direction, and oversight for FGDM, Kinship, and LPS, including supervision and development of staff.
• Plans and manages operations to meet goals, contractual requirements, and service delivery expectations.
• Establishes procedures, workflows, and documentation standards for quality, compliance, and accountability.
• Oversees FGDM practices, including Family Team Meetings and referrals within required timeframes.
• Promotes participation of children, youth, families, caregivers and stakeholders in meetings and action plans.
• Ensures kinship caregivers receive case-management support, referrals, and resources.
• Oversees Local Permanency Services and coordinates with primary conservatorship caseworkers.
• Monitors placement safety, stability, and well-being; addresses barriers and communicates needs.
• Provides leadership on complex cases and program escalations to support timely resolution.
• Develops partnerships with DFPS, courts, providers, and community organizations.
