Job summary

Texans Together seeks a Sr. Manager, Permanency Support to lead Family Finding, CWOP, ICPC, and related services across Regions 6a/6b, ensuring timely permanency outcomes and strong family connections.

You will oversee performance, compliance, budgeting, staff development, and data-driven improvement while promoting trauma-informed, youth- and family-centered practices with DFPS, courts, and community partners, and traveling regionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years in child welfare, permanency, or related services.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• O versight of Family Finding, CWOP, ICPC, and TARE recruitment programs.
• Monitor recruitment outcomes, inquiries, matching activities, and permanency efforts.
• Ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive, youth-centered practices aligned with permanency goals.
• Coordinate across permanency, adoption, clinical, and placement support teams.
• Lead budget planning, staffing, and resource forecasting to support operations.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for staff.
