Job summary

Texans Together seeks a Family Support Program Administrator to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for Family Group Decision Making, Kinship Services, and Local Permanency Services. You will guide program performance, quality improvement, and partnerships with DFPS to improve outcomes for children and families across the service region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant experience considered in lieu of education requirement.
• Minimum seven (7) years’ progressively responsible experience in child welfare or related human services program.
• Minimum five (5) years’ supervisory or management experience overseeing multiple programs, supervisors, or organizational units.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership, direction, and administrative oversight for Family Support programs.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates strategic plans and operational priorities.
• Leads program implementation, expansion, transformation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Promotes a culture of hope, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Identifies emerging needs and develops strategies to strengthen service delivery and family outcomes.
• Reviews performance data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and gaps.
