Job summary

Texans Together is seeking a Client Support Program Administrator to lead the Client Support Division, directing multiple programs to achieve safety, well-being, permanency, and lifelong connections for children and families. The role emphasizes hope-centered leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with DFPS, courts, and community partners.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 7+ years in child welfare or related services, and 5+ years of supervisory experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of education
• Minimum seven years’ experience in child welfare, family support or related human services
• Minimum five years’ supervisory experience across multiple programs

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Client Support programs, including FGDM, Kinship, PAL, and LPS
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with goals, contracts, and best practices
• Oversee performance and service delivery to improve family engagement and permanency outcomes
• Supervise senior managers, promote accountability and workforce development
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement using data and audits
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regs, contracts, accreditation, and policies
• Build partnerships with DFPS, courts, providers, and community organizations
• Oversee budget planning, staffing, and program capacity
• Provide executive leadership during complex cases and emergencies
