Job summary

Texans Together seeks a Family Support Program Administrator to lead Family Group Decision Making, Kinship Services, Local Permanency Services, and related family-centered programs. You will direct performance, quality improvement, and stakeholder partnerships to advance safety, stability, and well-being for children and families.

Reporting to the Director, Permanency, you’ll guide senior staff, ensure contract compliance, and collaborate with DFPS and community partners in a leadership role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Seven years of progressively responsible child welfare or family support experience.
• Five years of supervisory or management experience across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for Family Support programs.
• Develop and evaluate strategic plans and initiatives aligned with goals.
• Lead program implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Engage stakeholders and strengthen partnerships to improve outcomes.
• Supervise and develop senior managers and leadership staff.
