Qualifications

• Ten plus years in facilities management with leadership experience.

• Experience with sustainability initiatives in facilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including custodial, life safety and maintenance.
• Lead and develop facility staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Drive environmental sustainability and energy management initiatives.
• Manage service contracts, vendor governance, and cost control.
• Plan and manage capital projects and space planning.
• Partner with EHS for site safety and compliance.
• Analyze data and report on KPIs and cost savings.
• Coordinate employee moves and workplace services.
