Job summary

Align Technology in Morrisville, NC, is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities and Workplace Services to lead the operational excellence for the Morrisville campus. The role focuses on energizing employee experience, safety, sustainability, and reliable building operations.

You will manage facilities operations, vendor governance, and capital projects, partnering with EHS and leadership to align workplace services with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management.
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate across functions.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives.
• Experience with budget planning and reporting.
• Vendor management and contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring custodial, life safety, engineering, food service, and general maintenance are delivered effectively.
• Lead staff in providing responsive, high-quality service to employees, prioritizing their concerns and workplace experience.
• Partner with EHS to ensure site-level safety and compliance readiness, including permitting and life safety systems.
• Own site-level capital projects, renovations, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades from planning through execution, with scope, budget and schedule management.
