• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience in multi-site or retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Facilities Coordinators and Senior Coordinators across a large retail footprint.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies for asset life cycle.
• Own OPEX and CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts with vendors; monitor performance.
• Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, Procurement, Store Operations, IT, Risk Management and leadership.
