Job Title: Senior Manager of Facilities

Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Facilities at our award-winning, gated retirement community. The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for providing timely, competent, and professional delivery of maintenance, engineering, and grounds services for residents and employees of the community.

Compensation: Starting at $100,000 annually, based on experience

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and monitor a cost savings program using building control systems
• Ensure plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems operate efficiently
• Provide training for maintenance, engineering, and grounds staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop the annual budget for Maintenance, Engineering, and Grounds
• Review financial statements and identify variances
• Maintain beautifully landscaped grounds
• Utilize resources effectively, outsource cost-effective services, and steward financial resources

Minimum Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, supervising staff, with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety, and Fire Protection Systems
• Minimum of 5 years in management roles
• Healthcare experience and Environment of Care knowledge are a plus
• Experience with a CMMS system is required
• Within 1 year of hire: AFE Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM), EPA 608 Universal, NFPA 70E, and OSHA 10-Hour certifications
• Valid State driver’s license (must be maintained)
