Job summary

CFS is seeking a Manager, Finance - External Reporting to own the SEC reporting process and partner with senior leadership on external communications with investors and regulators. This high-visibility role offers exposure to Audit Committee members, Investor Relations, and cross-functional finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA license required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including SEC reporting in public company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Manage external reporting processes and calendars; ensure disclosures align.
• Perform technical accounting research and memos for complex transactions.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors on external reporting.
• Oversee SOX controls, accounting policies, and staff development in external reporting.
