Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 7+ years external reporting experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong GAAP, SEC reporting and SOX knowledge.
• Experience researching and preparing technical accounting memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEC filings including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q disclosures.
• Review financial statement disclosures and notes to the FS.
• Oversee acquisitions/divestitures accounting and closing balance roll-forward.
• Support Investor Relations with earnings materials.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting and pension/ DB plan reviews.
• Maintain accounting policies and liaise with auditors.
