• Translate enterprise philosophies into OptumHealth strategy for local operations while ensuring affordability.
• Design, implement and administer physician compensation programs and packages.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare and financial data to support program management for care delivery.
• Provide market data insights and recommendations on base and total cash compensation.
• Lead compensation projects and collaborate with senior leaders to drive value across business units.
