Maverick Payments in Calabasas/Los Angeles area seeks a Senior Manager of Event Marketing & Experiences to lead all facets of event-driven demand generation. You will own strategy, execution, and measurement across conferences, hosted events and executive programs, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product leadership.

The role requires a strong track record in B2B event marketing, hands-on budget management, and complex logistics to drive qualified pipeline and ROI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related field.
• 7+ years in B2B event marketing, experiential or field marketing, preferably in payments/fintech.
• Proven success driving lead generation, pipeline, revenue influence and measurable ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute and measure Maverick's event marketing strategy across conferences, shows, sponsorships and experiences.
• Own planning, execution and measurement of 15+ annual events and executive programs.
• Oversee event logistics, travel, promotion and ROI tracking with a 30/60/90 day playbook.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product and Leadership on event strategy.
• Develop integrated campaigns for attendee acquisition, registration growth and post-event nurture.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations and on-site execution.
• Produce post-event reports, dashboards and executive summaries with insights.
