Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Premier Experiences Senior Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team in Los Angeles. This role sits within the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, driving proactive, high-impact client experiences from concept to execution.

The Senior Manager will own end-to-end marquee events, activate sponsorships for major conferences, manage vendor contracts, and lead on-site experiences while ensuring data capture and CRM integration for long-term client

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or business development, with 2+ years in exempt/management roles.
• Must have professional services or B2B marketing experience.
• Must have CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM experience.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and onsite delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU Marketing and CD to design event programs for client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead planning and execution of marquee events from concept through post-event analysis.
• Drive sponsorship activation for major conferences with a high-impact, coordinated presence.
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison for BU stakeholders, translating goals into experiential plans.
• Collaborate with CD and BU leads to identify targets for premier events and follow-through plans to accelerate sales cycles.
• Source and manage premium vendors and lead contract negotiations to ensure Premier delivery.
• Lead on-site teams for major activations and ensure seamless attendee experiences.
• Capture client data at activations and integrate it into the CRM for long-term relationships.
• Own budgets for marquee programs with tracking and variance reporting.
• Master event technologies for registration and attendee engagement; coach others on best practices.
• Supervise direct reports and support professional development and HR processes.
• All other duties as assigned.
