Demandbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Events to own high-impact event programs that connect customers, prospects, partners, and GTM teams. This role drives user summits, trade shows, and field events to build awareness, deepen relationships, and boost pipeline and revenue.

You will lead strategy, planning, and execution, managing budgets, vendors, and onsite operations while collaborating with sales, product marketing, brand, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning complex events end to end (summits, conferences, field events).
• Strong budget ownership, vendor negotiations, and onsite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, planning, execution, and post-event optimization for user summits, trade shows, and field events.
• Lead cross-functional planning with growth marketing, sales, customer success, and product marketing teams.
• Set event objectives, success metrics, run-of-show, staffing, and follow-up motions.
