Paycom seeks a Field Marketer Sr to lead field marketing initiatives and orchestrate client and prospect events, including regional tradeshows and thought leadership sessions. You will drive end-to-end logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination to deliver impactful experiences that align with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 3+ years coordinating events; CMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Events, Communications, Public Relations or related field or relevant work experience.
• Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating conventions, conferences, tradeshows and/or special events.

Responsabilités

• Work collaboratively across events and marketing teams to support field marketing initiatives and organize events including regional tradeshows, client and prospect events, thought leadership events and happy hours.
• End-to-end logistics support for field marketing projects: priorities, requirements, deadlines, risk mitigation.
• Communicate project status and requirements via written and oral channels and project management software.
• Manage event timelines, booth planning, setup, vendor management, transportation, registration and deliverables.
• Track and report ROI for each event to optimize strategy; staff field marketing events.
