You will drive regional growth, collaborate with leadership, and manage budgets for curated activations that strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
• 5+ years related experience
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs

Responsabilités

• Owns and executes the regional event and experiential marketing strategy with end-to-end ownership
• Partners with Regional Leadership and General Managers to identify opportunities and grow events
• Advances customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through high-impact experiences
• Leads the regional event function, coaching the Event Coordinator and ensuring operational excellence
• Cultivates sponsorships, brand collaborations, and community partnerships to expand impact
• Represents the brand with external partners and stakeholders to drive growth
