Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Sage Intacct Business Systems Consulting (BSC) Senior Manager to lead client engagements, evaluate and improve business systems design, and direct complex ERP implementations. You will shape strategies, drive process improvements, and place people where they create the most impact within client organizations.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and strong communication skills as part of Elliott Davis's Digital Business Systems Consulting Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10-15 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a senior level leader.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Business development experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge: financial statements, inventory, ledgers.
• ERP implementation experience (Sage Intacct required).
• Proven experience leading Sage Intacct implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Ability to think creatively and provide client solutions.
• Experience with project management and managing an implementation team.
• Ability to manage budgets, change orders and timelines.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory structure.
• Knowledge of third-party applications that integrate with business apps.
• Strong Excel working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, technology).
• Prepare findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Learn ERP systems and assist with implementation and restructuring projects.
• Oversee transactional flow analysis and complex reporting setup.
• Formulate project plans and timelines.
• Manage ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
• Convert records for input into new systems.
• Consult with clients on best practices for business processes.
• Review staff work and provide project sign-off.
