Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of our most complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale both our delivery capability and the growth of our team.

You will develop a high-performing team, mentor engineers, and directly engage high-stakes customers, architecting scalable solutions across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer‑facing technical role
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on contributor levels
• 1-3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Strategic Engagement, and GTM
