Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale delivery and people capabilities across multiple systems and stakeholders.

You will coach, mentor, and develop the team, own high-impact engagements, and partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Science, and Privacy to unblock delivery and drive repeatable frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels simultaneously.
• Experience managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
