Datavant is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Technical Leads while owning a subset of complex enterprise engagements. This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on technical ownership to scale our delivery capability.

You will develop a high-performing team, mentor members, and directly influence major customer implementations, balancing strategy with execution and ensuring high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations or integrations.
• Ability to operate at both team leadership and hands-on technical contributor levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Enterprise Technical Leads team.
• Directly own high-impact enterprise engagements as player-coach.
• Provide performance feedback and career guidance aligned with expectations.
• Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
