Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise implementations.
• 1-3+ years managing or mentoring technical, customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Technical Leads.
• Own high-impact enterprise engagements (player-coach).
• Architect and execute scalable technical solutions and integrations across multiple systems.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for accounts and the team’s portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Privacy.
• Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership to maximize impact.
• Scale systems and drive process improvements across engagements.
