CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. You will govern governance, standards, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably and predictably.

The ideal candidate brings deep leadership in project controls for integrated design-build, with expertise in cost, schedule, risk and commercial controls, and a track record of digital transformation and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Experience with integrated design-build or equivalent delivery models.
• Leadership of project controls across large, complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, EVMS, forecasting and change management.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights for margin and risk.
• Lead modernization of platforms, data and workflows.
• Establish scalable document and data controls.
• Collaborate with leadership across domains to improve outcomes.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers.
