Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Establish controls for design-build and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, EVMS, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop leading indicators and executive dashboards for performance.
• Lead modernization of platforms, data, and workflows; enable AI-enabled forecasting.
• Set standards for document controls and data quality.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to improve profitability.
• Develop talent and build high-performing teams.
