CDM Smith seeks a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. This role drives governance, analytics, and standardized processes to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The ideal candidate has deep leadership in project controls for integrated delivery, with proven success in modernizing platforms, workflows, and reporting. Will travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Establish project controls approaches for design-build, CMAR, and integrated delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, and scheduling.
• Develop leading indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for margin and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and workflows.
