Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in automotive program management or cross-functional program execution.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams across engineering, design, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience bringing programs from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional leadership across EES initiatives and standardize processes.
• Direct the program management team to deliver enterprise efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain work plans aligning with ambiguous environments.
• Identify risks and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sales to support launches.
• Travel up to 10% domestically as needed.
