You will coordinate with Kokomo plant, Software, Validation, Development, and deployment teams to ensure on-time delivery and production-ready designs.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams with strong program management, engineering credibility, and a focus on disciplined execution

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex engineering programs or products.
• Deep experience in mechanical and/or electrical system execution.
• Strong program management instincts with technical credibility.

• Architect and review designs, drawings, models, and specs for production readiness.
