Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of a team of 4-6 process engineers, setting objectives and coaching performance.
• Meet program timing requirements and milestones; ensure cost targets.
• Lead development and implementation of program-specific manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate PPAP, GP-12 activities and manufacturing validations.
• Travel to GM plants as needed to provide launch support (approx. 25-30%).
