Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of cross-functional experience, strong data analysis, and executive communication skills. This hybrid role supports onsite collaboration and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional roles.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present insights to executives.
• Experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decision making and strategy development for total cost of care initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, technology, and operations leaders to establish governance.
• Develop standards and processes for priority setting and execution.
• Support OKR/KPI development and performance reviews across units.
• Prepare presentations for internal reviews and board meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and liaise with stakeholders as needed.
