Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead cross-functional performance initiatives in Denver, CO. You will drive data-informed decisions, governance, and strategy execution to reduce total cost of care while partnering with clinical, financial, technology, and operational leaders.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a willingness to travel to meet business needs. Strive offers hybrid-remote flexibility and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years cross-functional experience with Operations and Finance.
  • 2+ years Excel data analysis experience.
  • 2+ years creating PowerPoint presentations for executives.
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources informing Strive’s performance metrics.
  • Deliver visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.
  • Develop standards and processes that facilitate Strive’s priority and strategy setting.
  • Support TCOC process and performance reviews with regional clinical and operational leaders.
  • Coordinate execution across major workstreams including clinical model evolution and analytics modernization.
  • Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board meetings.

TheSeniorManageronStrive’sPerformance Team will work cross-functionally tosupport data-driven decision-making,strategy development, and executionaround total cost of care(TCOC)reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial,technology,and operational leaders toestablishgovernance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.Thecandidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative.Theyshould be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect ofidentifyingopportunities and designing solutions to advance the business.This role will report totheSeniorDirector,Operations.

The Day to Day
  • Build subject matterexpertiseinkeyreporting toolsand data sourcesthat informStrive’sperformance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly toStrive’sleaders,identifyingareas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals.
  • Developstandards and processes that facilitateStrive’spriority and strategy setting.
  • SupportTCOCprocess andperformance reviewswithregionalclinical and operational leaders.
  • Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate execution across major workstreams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization.
  • Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities.
  • Work with business owners toidentifyandvalidatevalue, performance,andgoalsfor new projects and investments.
  • Create presentations and provide analytical supportfor internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders tofacilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may berequiredfor opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events.
MinimumQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degreein business administration or relevant fields.
  • 5+ years ofrelevantexperience
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionallywith Operations and Finance functions
  • 2+ yearsofexperience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above
  • 2+ yearsofexperience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value-Based Care.
  • Management Consulting experience.

Annual Base Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15%

Final compensation will be determined based based on location, experience, and qualifications.
