Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years cross-functional with Operations and Finance
• 2+ years Excel data analysis at an intermediate level
• 2+ years creating PowerPoint presentations for executives

Responsibilities

• Build reporting tools and data sources for Strive's performance metrics
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Develop standards and processes to facilitate strategy setting
• Support TCOC process with regional clinical and operational leaders
• Coordinate execution across major workstreams like clinical model evolution
