Job summary

Strive Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior leader to direct enterprise performance analytics in a hybrid role based in Denver. You will translate leadership priorities into measurable outcomes and drive transformation initiatives with clear reporting and data‑driven action.

You will partner with Operations, Finance and cross‑functional teams to shape enterprise goals, improve decision making, and ensure execution aligns with Strive's mission and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years cross‑functional experience with Operations and Finance.
• 5+ years Excel data analysis at an intermediate level or above.
• 5+ years creating PowerPoint presentations for Executives.
• Willingness to travel and be onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build reporting tools and data sources informing performance metrics.
• Monitor and report performance metrics to Strive's leaders.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for executive decisions.
• Partner with executives to drive enterprise coordination across workstreams.
• Develop standards and processes for strategy setting and governance.
• Support monthly board reporting and quarterly Board prep.
