Job summary

HCSC seeks a Senior Manager to evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis and strategic insights for executive decision-making. The role collaborates with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Network Management and other functions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, transforming data into actionable insights that support leadership.

The position delivers enterprise performance reporting, dashboards and analyses reviewed by the C-suite to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics, or related fields.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 7 years in health care services, statistical/financial analysis or insurance economics with 4 years in healthcare data analysis/reporting.
• Advanced PC proficiency and report design skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to prepare documentation and presentations.
• Experience working cross-functionally and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor, and improve organizational performance through data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Network Management, and other functions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Transform complex financial/operational data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Develop enterprise performance reporting, dashboards, and strategic analyses for senior leaders.
